Introduction / Overview:
Owner, Phillip Pawlak, gained interest in cars by watching his older brother and father work on cars at a family owned auto repair shop. As a hobby they worked on custom cars. Phillip bought a 1941 Ford Coupe from a local junk yard with hopes to get it back on the road but with his own personal touches. Through years of trial and error, he eventually learned his way around the car. The motor comes from a 1984 Mercury Capri. The car has a 4-speed top loader transmission, heater and AC, power windows, CD player, USB port, and shaved door handles. Its leather seats and body come from a 2000 Ford Contour SVT. The color of this car is called Gasser Green Metallic W/European Clear Coat. It has taken over 7 years to complete.
