Introduction / Overview:
This is the Tomcat, the back alley crawler. He took two months to build from the ground up.We went to the extreme on this one for us.We dropped it like it was hot,Six inches.Alot of frame mods and custom machining.
Wheels:
front polished out 96 stock H/D star mag.
rear H/D stock 2000 sold belt drive
Body:
paint pumpkin orange semi gloss flat black with low bug tribal print stripping.modified flat tracker 883 tank marking.
the frame was cut and plugged in the rear tire loop to move the wheel forword.the strut towers were hand machined out of cold roled steel,raising the top of the rear shocks 4 and a half from the old mounting spot leaving the shock with the same geomerty.adding a belt tentioner to keep it rolling.
Engine:
96 EVO quad cam. Branch heads. Bored 0.010 over. Andrew N6 cam.Cram ajustable push rods. H/D lifters,case crank and rods, stock trans with custom engraving to give it a life.to make it flow just right added a set of tuned header with a hand made 2-1 two and a quart exit dropping out into a five and ahalf big rig stack tip.
Suspension:
H/D front forks dropped 4 inches threw the triple tree.
H/D 5way ajustable coil over shocks with modified stut towers
