Do you know how many parts are in a Falcon Tailgate?

Answer: Alot. Do you know how many aren't available new? You guessed it: Alot. So, every time I think I have this thing DONE... I'm not.

But

I'm almost there! Window goes up and down and the everything fits pretty good. I need replace the badly worn/stripped phillips head screws that secure the hinges and, unfortunately to adjust side to side... which requires removing the inner panel... AGAIN! I fit it once, looked good, tightened it down, then it somehow moved?!

Other than that... :)
