2004 Harley Davidson Road King Custom

I picked up the bike on Valentines Day 2004 from Capistrano Harley Davidson. And rode the piss out of it on several road trips and around town. Laughlin River Run 2004, Hot August Nights 2004 and many 100-200 mile day rides. On July 31, 2005 I was hit on the 91 Fwy by a driver who had to go over 4 lanes to get off at Beach Blvd. It tossed the bike around a bit and I rolled out of the way. A few bumps, bruises, hematoma, and third degree burns on my left hand and right arm and I was up and riding in a couple of months. In the meantime Ralph at Mesa Cycle in Costa Mesa put my bike back together with parts procured at Cyclepath Cycle in Garden Grove and Westminster Harley Davidson. It was used as a "Ride-Up" vehicle for the TV Show; Chop Cut Rebuild where host Dan Woods arrives at different shops in different hot rods and customs. Mine is the only bike he rode. The bike now at the end of 2008 has over 35,000 miles on it and still cruisin.
