"The Blue Bomber"     1950 Mercury CL

Introduction / Overview: This is my first real ride that I have owned for three years.  It is all original with the V8 Flattie with headers and dual exhaust, 5 inch lowering blocks and wide Coker whites.  I replaced the gas tank and fuel lines to get it running and after racking up many miles it developed starting problems, that I hope to correct soon with a 12 volt upgrade as the 60+ year old wires have seen their better days!

Drivetrain: Stock and standard tranny, Overdrive is also on the list...

Chassis: Stock with lowered rear and front.

Wheels and Tires: Red rims Coker wide whites

Body & Paint: Original midnight blue with some red trim accents courtesy of One Shot. Overall great condition and very little rust, which I plan to keep but add some scallops some day soon too...

Interioir: Original seats now covered with disaster blankets, no headliner,punk rock door panels with tartan plaid and spikes. Some day I hope to replace with red and white roll and pleats, yet another item to add the the list...
