"72 Chev Cheyenne"     1972 Chevrolet Cheyenne

Introduction / Overview: I bought the `72 in 1998 through a broker from the original CA owner.  The orignial owner purchased the truck to haul trash to the dump from his home in San Diego.  He gave the truck to his son when he turned 16.  They had the truck professionally lowered, reupolstered the seats in white, and added a bed cover.  The original owner put it up for sale when his son's grades dropped from 4.0 average to almost failing!  I gave the truck to my son for HS graduation.  He did not take care of it and eventually blew the engine.  I purchased the truck back in 2004, spent +$20k and almost two years to get the truck in its current condition.  It's a driver, not a show truck!!
